1. Staysharp services
Staysharp provides AI coaching, diagnostics, learning materials, exercises, session notes, recordings, and related advisory services. Specific program scope, pricing, schedule, and deliverables may be agreed separately in writing.
2. Accounts and access
Some services require a private account or invitation. You are responsible for using accurate information, keeping access credentials secure, and notifying us if you believe your account has been compromised. Access may be limited to invited participants, coaches, administrators, or a sponsoring organization.
3. Acceptable use
- Do not use Staysharp to violate laws, rights, confidentiality obligations, or platform rules.
- Do not attempt to bypass authentication, access another participant's program, or disrupt the service.
- Do not upload malicious files, infringing content, or information you are not authorized to share.
- Do not use coaching materials to train, resell, or package a competing service without written permission.
4. Participant content
You may provide documents, examples, prompts, business context, notes, and other materials. You retain ownership of your materials. You give Staysharp permission to use them as needed to provide, personalize, operate, and improve the services for you or your organization.
5. Staysharp materials
Staysharp owns or licenses its methods, templates, exercises, prompts, diagnostics, platform design, and learning materials. You may use materials provided to you for your own internal work and learning. You may not copy, publish, redistribute, or commercialize them without written permission.
6. AI and third-party tools
Staysharp may teach or help you use third-party AI and productivity tools. Those tools are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. AI outputs can be incomplete or incorrect, so you are responsible for reviewing outputs, applying professional judgment, and following your organization's policies.
7. Confidentiality
We treat private coaching materials and participant portals as confidential unless otherwise agreed. You are responsible for avoiding the upload or sharing of information that your organization, law, or contract prohibits you from sharing.
8. No professional advice
Staysharp provides education, coaching, and workflow guidance. Our services are not legal, financial, medical, tax, security, or employment advice. You should consult qualified professionals for those matters.
9. Availability and changes
We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service. We aim to keep private portals available and useful, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
10. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Staysharp is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or lost-profit damages arising from your use of the services. Our aggregate liability for claims related to the services is limited to the amount paid to Staysharp for the specific service giving rise to the claim, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
