This Privacy Policy explains how Staysharp collects, uses, stores, and protects information across our website, discovery forms, diagnostics, coaching programs, and Learn portal.

Who we are

Information we collect

  • Contact details, such as name, email, company, role, and scheduling context.
  • Discovery and coaching inputs you submit, including goals, use cases, answers, notes, and uploaded materials.
  • Account information used to access Learn Staysharp, including email and authentication provider identifiers.
  • Google sign-in profile information when you choose Google login, such as name, email address, and profile image.
  • Portal analytics, including login activity, document opens, session views, exercise progress, copied prompts, and scroll or time-on-page events.
  • Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, cookies, and event logs needed for security, analytics, and product operation.

How we use information

  • To provide discovery sessions, diagnostics, coaching programs, exercises, documents, recordings, and learning materials.
  • To authenticate users, secure private portals, invite participants, and manage program access.
  • To personalize coaching content and adapt sessions to a participant's role, goals, and workflow.
  • To measure engagement with documents and sessions so coaches can support participants effectively.
  • To respond to requests, provide support, improve our services, and maintain security.
  • To comply with legal, operational, and administrative obligations.

Google sign-in

If you use Google to sign in, Google authenticates your account and shares basic profile information with Staysharp, such as your name, email address, and profile image. We use this information only to create or access your Staysharp account, identify you in the portal, and manage access to your private program.

Service providers

We use trusted service providers to operate Staysharp, including hosting, authentication, database, storage, analytics, customer relationship management, communications, and productivity tools. These providers process information only as needed to deliver their services to us.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. We may share information with service providers, coaches or administrators involved in your program, your organization when it sponsors or manages the program, or when required by law, security, or legitimate business operations.

Data retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide the service, maintain program records, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and improve our operations. You may request deletion of your personal information, subject to legal, contractual, security, and backup limitations.

Your choices and rights

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security, but we work to limit access, monitor activity, and use appropriate service providers.
